Hi, I’m Tanya. I’ve worn many hats in my life: photographer, creative, traveler, and small business owner. At the heart of everything I do is storytelling.
Photography has been with me for as long as I can remember. From childhood curiosity to a lifelong pursuit, the camera has always been my constant companion. It is more than a passion. It is how I honor beauty in fleeting moments and how I continue doing what I love every single day.
After more than two decades in this creative world, I have seen it all. The bold, the busy, the over the top trends that once demanded our attention. But as I’ve grown into my 40s, I’ve learned that less truly is more. Minimalism is where I’ve found happiness. Photography has shown me that the most powerful images aren’t in the extras or the noise, but in the quiet focus of one true moment. The light on a face. The curve of a horizon. The small details that would otherwise slip by unnoticed. Those are the treasures.
The desert has been my home for the past six years, and it has shaped me in ways I never expected. Out here, time slows down. The light, the silence, and the endless skies carry a kind of magic that has shifted not only my work but also how I see myself and the world around me.
I’m a wife, a dog and cat mom, and someone who believes deeply in inclusivity, creativity, and living life on your own terms. With over two decades of experience, photography has always been my way of connecting with people and with the world.
Now, as I step into this new decade of my life, I want to lean even deeper into that connection. I am proud to be an all inclusive photographer, welcoming every story, every background, and every person who wants their moments remembered.
This space is where I bring together my love for photography, art, and storytelling. It is where I share the belief that life doesn’t need to be perfect or dressed up to matter. It just needs to be noticed. Because when we pause long enough to notice, we realize that even the simplest moments hold the most meaning.
I hope you feel that here. I hope you feel seen. And I hope you leave remembering that your story is beautiful, just as it is.
